How do I go about booking a treatment if I don’t know my skin type?
Each of our services are curated with each unique skin type in mind. Upon arrival for your appointment, your Esthetician will personalize your treatment to best suit your unique skin type.
Are there certain medications you should avoid before a skin service?
Yes, there are certain medications we recommend avoiding prior to treatment. Please contact our Guest Specialist to receive the most up-to-date recommendations on medication protocols.
Are there age requirements?
Yes, several of our services have minimum age requirements. Please give us a call to uncover each service’s minimum age requirement. Any client under the age of 18 does require a parent/guardian's signature in person.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
We understand that many of our guests join us to enter deep levels of relaxation. With this in mind, we kindly ask that you please leave all guests, including children, at home to allow the utmost comfort for yourself and guests.
What are your hours?
Our hours are 10am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, and 10am - 4pm on Saturday. We welcome appointments outside of these hours, however by appointment only. Please contact us at (775) 300-1096 to schedule an appointment.
What is your Return Policy on products?
We do our best to uncover your skincare needs prior to product purchase. Due to sanitation standards, all products are final sale, they may not be returned and are non-refundable.
